Previously we said that 52% of Torrevieja’s territory is occupied by its Natural Park which occupies 3,700 hectares. Of these, 2,100 are in the lagoon of Torrevieja and 700 belong to La Mata. The rest spreads on round vegetable formations of salt marshes, reed beds and brushwood typically Medite-rranean.
